Woody “King Jeremy” Fillet Knife


The Woody 12” Fillet knife was first designed and made in the Woody shop on the banks of King Jeremy Creek in McClellanville, South Carolina.  King Jeremy was a Seewee Indian Tribal Chief and lead a people who were famed as fisherman and “creek boys”.  Hundred of the Jeremy Fillet knives are in use all over the world.  In addition to being an acclaimed fillet knife it is a common tool in many kitchens. The highly tempered AEBL stainless blade makes carving a turkey, a meaty roast or slicing vegetables a pleasure.
