“King Jeremy” Oyster Knife

Woody designed and built his first oyster shucker in 1997.  Literally dozens of tweaks in the design have evolved into the time-tested and widely-proven shucking pattern of today. For those who enjoy crabs in addition to oysters, the ripping hook on the blade makes fast work of removing the meat from the claw. The “Pawleys Hook” at the tip of the blade is great for popping open raw or lightly steamed oysters or mussels.
